We are an American, woman-owned and operated company focused on creating holistic wellness products while helping to open people’s minds to herbs and other holistic modalities to create a healthy, happy life!

Our handcrafted products are for both men and women. We use only the best ingredients, while also incorporating high-quality herbs, flowers, and crystals.

Making the products is a very therapeutic and healing experience, as is using the products we create. In this way, Green Mountain Mamas’ employees and Green Mountain Mamas’ customers all benefit!

Our goal is to create beautiful, healing products in addition to providing educational blog posts, to help inform people about different ways to incorporate holistic wellness into their everyday lives.

It is our goal to support women from all walks of life. The stay-at-home mom, the woman that works a full-time job but wants a fun and rewarding side hustle, the woman that has an interest in creating a healthier and fulfilling life, the woman that is stuck in an abusive relationship but cannot afford to leave, and any woman looking for a supportive and loving community! The women that we all know!

With the combination of our blog and our product line, we can focus on creating meaningful and fulfilling jobs for women, while employing them from the comfort of their own homes, on their own time.

We are continuously growing our healing and supportive community of like-minded women that can truly feel seen, supported, and uplifted while doing the same for other women in our community... Exactly what a true sisterhood should be!

WITH GRATITUDE

This idea and business would have never come forth if it weren’t for quite a few special people in my life.

From one sign above to the next, I was led on the most healing journey of my life this past year. I had the amazing opportunity to intern at Sacred Roots Herbal Sanctuary, an herb farm in Shepherdstown, WV. Not only did I learn about taking care of the land, gardening, and of course the different healing properties of the most lovely herbs, but I met two of the most amazing women!

Hillary, the owner of Sacred Roots is one of the strongest women I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling my friend and mentor. Not only did she teach me about the plants, but she accepted me completely and helped me get through some tough times. She exudes healing, community, and genuine love for all beings. By embracing who I truly am and pointing out my talents, she gave me the confidence and courage to finally move forward with this idea. She is a true inspiration!

Holly was another intern like myself, ready to jump in and learn something new! I knew from the moment I met her, that she was my soul sister. She is just a complete joy to be around and her humor, love, and acceptance are nothing shy of incredible! I think our laugh yoga class really sealed the deal for us! She has a HUGE heart and genuinely wants to help others every chance she gets!

The three of us laughed together. We’ve cried together. And they represent the kind of supportive community of women that I am looking to amplify because ALL women deserve to have truly accepting, supportive girlfriends, that want to help each other on their healing and growing journeys!

I also want to acknowledge the women who have inspired and encouraged me to create something bigger than myself, that will help the everyday woman in need of an income of their own, a side hustle, a creative outlet, a community that encourages growth and healing, and so much more!

So, thank you, Lisa, Amy, Antoinette, Angela, Heather, Katie, and Morgan. Whether you all know it or not, you’ve inspired me in some way to create this company. You are all beautiful souls that were meant to be in my life and I feel so blessed for it. Thank you.

Lastly, but certainly not least… I need to thank my husband and his parents. Paul (aka Ronin) owns The Green Mountain Rangers, a tactical gear company that he has been running from home for quite some time now. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and everything in between when it comes to running a business, and all I have to say is WOW! Especially, now that I have a glimpse of what it actually takes to start a small business! He has supported me through every endeavor I ever wanted to embark on without ever questioning me or doubting me, but instead just telling me to go for it! His parents, Victoria & Dennis are always ready to jump in and help us in any way that they can, and for that, we are so grateful!

P.S. I believe it’s so important to acknowledge and give thanks to the struggles and negative relationships I’ve experienced throughout my life, for they have helped me grow, made me stronger, and helped me to set healthy boundaries. I now realize what a healthy relationship should look like, whether it’s family or friends. I used to feel bogged down and so upset about these negative relationships, but now I realize they were blessings in disguise! We are all on our own healing journey but we don’t have to do it alone!
